At FineDigi, we want every customer to be satisfied with their digital art experience.
1. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase or subscription.

You accidentally subscribed and have not accessed or downloaded any digital files.

The files you received were corrupted, incomplete, or not accessible, and we’re unable to replace or fix them within 3 business days.

You are dissatisfied with the product quality and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
How to request a refund:
Email contact@finedigi.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not available if:

Digital files have been downloaded or heavily accessed.

More than 7 days have passed since the transaction.

The request is based solely on a change of mind after delivery of the files.
2. Subscription Cancellation

Your plan renews automatically every 30 days at $29.99 USD.

You can cancel anytime by logging into your account (if available) or emailing contact@finedigi.com.

After cancellation, you retain access to your digital art until the end of your current billing period.

No further charges will occur after cancellation takes effect.
