Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FineDigi, we want every customer to be satisfied with their digital art experience.

1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase or subscription.

  • You accidentally subscribed and have not accessed or downloaded any digital files.

  • The files you received were corrupted, incomplete, or not accessible, and we’re unable to replace or fix them within 3 business days.

  • You are dissatisfied with the product quality and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to request a refund:
Email contact@finedigi.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not available if:

  • Digital files have been downloaded or heavily accessed.

  • More than 7 days have passed since the transaction.

  • The request is based solely on a change of mind after delivery of the files.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Your plan renews automatically every 30 days at $29.99 USD.

  • You can cancel anytime by logging into your account (if available) or emailing contact@finedigi.com.

  • After cancellation, you retain access to your digital art until the end of your current billing period.

  • No further charges will occur after cancellation takes effect.
